Patios South West, a specialist trade fabricator of patio door systems, is celebrating 10 years of working with Halo, a PVC-U profile brand of The Veka UK Group.
The family-run company was started in 2003 by directors Andrew Dobbin and Mike Stevens, growing the business throughout South Wales and the South West to now produce, on average, 120 patio door systems per week, from a 4,500ft2 factory in Paignton, Devon. It will relocate into an 8,000ft2 factory at the end of July, to meet growing demand.
“We were one of the first fabricators to adopt Halo’s pioneering Imagine doorsets,” explained Andrew Dobbin. “As a trade fabricator, they represent perfect systems for us, with no end of functional and stylistic features and options to lend them to virtually any project.
“Multiple-pane variants, with the option for more than one sliding sash, and a wealth of finishes and profile styles make the Imagine Patio Door unbelievably versatile, and among our flagship systems. Its weather protection, thermal and acoustic insulation, and formidable security credentials are the icing on the cake!”
Patios South West is now looking to bolster its reputation for impeccable customer service with a brand new website, complete with an online quote facility – ideal for installers wishing to ‘price up’ jobs for their homeowner customers.
Dave Jones, managing director of The Veka UK Group, commented: “Patios South West has reached an exciting point in its history, and we’re proud that Halo has played a pivotal role in that timeline. Ten years with a supplier is a significant period for any company, but particularly so when you consider that Patios South West joined Halo within three years of its opening and hasn’t looked back since. We wish them all the best with their fantastic new website, and our continuing future together.”
