Four years after shaking up the traditional timber-look sash window market with the introduction of Legacy, Quickslide is introducing to the market an enhanced new Legacy that takes vertical sliders (VS) to the next level.
Reflecting Quickslide’s reputation for both innovation and quality, the new Legacy features a stunning new slim midrail that is over a centimetre narrower than standard, along with newly refined run-through sash horns. Combined with fully mechanical joints, a deep bottom rail and curvy ovolo frame, Legacy’s new features make this vertical slider the closest match yet to an original timber sash, while further period detailing can be added with a range of hardware options and astragal bars.
The new Legacy VS is available in exclusive dual foil finishes to suit both internal and external aesthetics, and includes colour-matching wool pile and trickle vents to create a window that is both beautiful and functional. Continuing Legacy’s reputation for combining the best of old styling with new technology, this latest iteration retains its same superior performance and thermal efficiency and now also comes with the option of smart sash fasteners that can be managed via an app.
