Prefix Systems has updated the consumer brochure for Urbanroom, its contemporary aluminium glazed extension which is available as a complete kit or as a roof only option with a unique gutter shroud.
Urbanroom is said to offer a ‘contemporary twist’ on the conservatory, using aluminium throughout, yet with thoughtful modern design and clean lines. This full kit aluminium glazed extension is composed of aluminium roof, full height aluminium windows and doors, performance glass throughout and a contemporary gutter shroud.
The product philosophy of Urbanroom allows for a number of corner design options including contemporary slimline corner posts, thermally efficient brick piers or rendered corners or the super insulated aluminium clad columns.
These options are shown in an easy to digest format within the brochure, allowing consumers to swap out options to suit their taste and requirements. The windows and doors come courtesy of the dedicated aluminium division at Prefix Systems under the Opal brand, which includes the choice of French, patio, bi-folding and lift and slide doors.
Thanks to the use of aluminium, there is an array of power coated finishes in hundreds of different RAL colours.
