TruFrame has just launched the new, ‘impressive and energy efficient’ PVC-U flush sash window from Liniar, available in a number of exclusive foil finishes, which also incorporates Yale’s enhanced security shootbolt locking as standard.
Using Liniar’s six-chambered EnergyPlus sculptured frame, the window incorporates a new four-chambered 50mm deep flush sash, which is 62mm high, making for a sightline of just 102mm. This new window has been designed to replicate the stylish and slimline appearance of a traditional timber window, using modern materials.
The are a wide range of colours available from stock including white, flat cream, rosewood, golden oak and TruFrame’s own white foil and Irish oak options, along with a range of special foils including black, cream foil and Chartwell green. Hardware finishing options include contemporary handles, suited traditional locking monkeytail handles and a dummy stay from the VBH GreenteQ range, along with a milled astragal and Georgian bar.
Like all TruFrame windows and doors, the new flush sash product will benefit from a degree of hand finishing, using its exclusive four-step process. This involves the checking and refinishing off the corner contours, levelling of the outside edges, ensuring uniformity of the corner grooves and the cleaning of all apertures for any weld-build up.
David Firmager, managing director of TruFrame commented: “Our new flush sash window is an important addition to our expanding product range and our customers have been eager to get their hands on samples. It’s all part of a strategic development programme that will realise further new products throughout the course of 2015 and I fully expect it will be one of our most exciting years yet!”
