The independent hardware distributor Window Ware has welcomed Sarah Parker, who joins the team as its new key accounts manager. The creation of this additional role is part of the hardware provider’s continuing mission to get even closer to clients and ensure that clients consistently get the best service possible.
Richard Bryant, Window Ware’s commercial director, explained: “As key account manager, Sarah will provide our valued key customers with a primary point of contact here at Window Ware, someone who can act as a partner to build greater trust and understanding, and ensure we’re delivering exactly what they need to achieve their long-term business goals. In addition, her insights from the fabricating frontline will prove invaluable when it comes to accurately assessing the viability of new products and fresh opportunities in the market.”
Sarah has 15 years of experience within the industry, working for well-known names like Fab N Fix, Mila, FUHR, Alpro, and Würth in a variety of sales and technical support roles. She said: “I’ve had a lot of respect for Window Ware for a long time. I already knew they had a strong management team and a great range of products. Even in the short time I’ve been on board, I’ve been hugely impressed with the resources and processes in place to help create a really great experience for our customers.”
She went on to say: “Over these next few months, I’ll be concentrating on building those all-important strong relationships and really getting to know not just our customers but our suppliers too. By tuning in closely to everything they’re saying, I’ll be one step ahead with identifying which upcoming products or services will satisfy my clients’ most pressing and emerging needs.”
