The Residence Collection and its sister company, Window Widgets, has added two new members to its growing team: Lee Reynolds and Daran Woodcock. The company now has more than 70 staff across 10 departments.
Lee has joined the Residence Collection as an installer development executive. He is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with installers, to assist with securing work on behalf of the Residence Collection. With over 23 years’ experience in the industry, Lee brings extensive knowledge to the table. His background is in sales and area management.
Lee said: “The Residence Collection is only the fourth company in my career to date, and I have to say that I have never felt so welcomed and valued in such a short space of time by all members of staff. There is a definite family feel; it’s great to be part of.”
Stepping into the role of technical manager across both the Residence Collection and Window Widgets, Daran joined the team to oversee technical support and product requirements. Coming from a background in product development and technical engineering, Daran also has qualifications in polymer processing and information life cycle (ILM) management. He said: “It really is a fantastic company to work for as the directors are really approachable as well as all the staff within the business.”
