Conservatory roof manufacturer, SupaLite, has strengthened its team by increasing staff levels by 30% at its headquarters in Preston.
The company has welcomed a total of 15 new staff, growing the SupaLite team to 65 staff. They sit across a range of roles, including manufacturing, transport and office staff.
Steve Hacking, managing director at SupaLite, said: “Demand for SupaLite systems is growing rapidly as more and more installers wake up to the fantastic route to market they offer and consumers see the difference a SupaLite roof can deliver to their conservatory or orangery.
“It is an exciting time at SupaLite and investing in new staff is really important as we become busier and continue to grow.”
Staff is not the only thing SupaLite has invested in, with the company unveiling a new Haffner machining centre as well as moving onto new manufacturing software to increase efficiency. It is still offering seven to 10-day lead times to its customers, despite the supply chain challenges the industry is currently facing.
“Our reputation as the UK’s leading replacement roof solution is something we work hard to protect and all our new staff are wonderful additions to the team and will help drive the business forward in the future and keep SupaLite at the forefront of the industry,” added Steve.
SupaLite is the manufacturers behind the SupaLite tiled roof system and Sky Vista glass system. Fully accredited by JHAI for Building Regulations approval, SupaLite says that its system offers ‘unrivalled thermal efficiency’.
