Stephanie James has joined Mila’s award winning marketing team as a marketing assistant with a specific brief to help customers win more business.
Steph is well known to lots of Mila customers because she previously worked in internal sales for four years before making the transition from sales to marketing. This, Steph says, has given her lots of essential product knowledge and a real understanding of the marketing support which customers need and value most.
Steph has already spent time visiting customers who are in the process of creating new showrooms and providing everything from bespoke display boards to framed posters. She is also managing the Mila image library, which customers can access to promote hardware options in their brochures or on their websites.
Mila has invested in a tailored programme of training so that Steph can use all of the key graphic design packages enabling her to work direct with customers to produce customised literature as required.
She says of her new role: “Having worked at Mila for so long, I really believe in the brand and everything that it stands for. I’m excited to have joined a department which has won awards in recent years and I’m looking forward to working with even more customers to help them make the most of the Mila difference.”
