Leaders of Rockwell, a multi-use property developer, have appointed Aidan McMahon as head of sales for the firm. “I am proud to be joining this high-calibre team with many exciting projects in the pipeline,” he said.
Aiden is to take the lead on shaping and implementing the Rockwell sales strategy for ongoing and future developments across London and around the rest of the UK, according to the business’ representative. He brings more than 16 years of sales experience to Rockwell, having managed over £1.5bn in gross development value of small-, medium- and large-scale new developments across central London in his previous role at Knight Frank.
“He joins the company at an exciting time,” said Rockwell’s representative, “following Rockwell’s launch of its landmark 3.2-acre, 269-residency development in south-west London, Hurlingham Waterfront, in May 2023. The Hurlingham Waterfront has already completed more than £60m in sales, making it one of this year’s most successful sales launches in the UK.
“The Rockwell team also completed a £151m London development Vetro in Canary Wharf last month. Leaders of the business are now seeking to continue expanding the operation across the capital and the rest of the UK.”
Aidan added: “Working closely with Rockwell in recent months on the launch of Hurlingham Waterfront to market has been a hugely valuable experience. I have become familiar with the top-quality, standards-raising products they are bringing to the London property market.”
Nicholas Mee, managing director of Rockwell, said: “We’re very pleased to welcome Aidan to the Rockwell team. His wealth of sales knowledge and experience will be invaluable to both our ongoing and future projects, and his skills will help us to capitalise on the excellent sales successes we have already seen across our major development projects this past year.”
