Nick Dutton is moving from his position as CEO of Polyframe Group to join the Group’s non-executive board.
Nick said: “Polyframe is a large, fast growing group with exciting potential. I’ve enjoyed working with Martyn on the new strategy and we have a clear and unique business model. At the same time, the incredible growth of the Ultion lock, from my own business Brisant, is demanding more of my time.
“Becoming a non-exec allows me to do both. I can help and support Polyframe so it continues to grow fast. And I can change the way the industry sees security, so Ultion helps fabricators and installers grow faster by selling more doors.”
Nick will continue to help with Polyframe’s strategy providing support and advice in marketing and online developments.
Polyframe Chairman Martyn Buckley commented: “As Polyframe CEO, Nick has already made a significant contribution to our business model and marketing strategy. Our new composite door online ordering engine, the easiest to use in the market is one example of this.
“Polyframe is moving up a gear and I’m pleased we can still do this with Nick’s ideas, insights, practical help and experience from his new non-executive board position.”
