Faye Tompkins and Phillipa Edmunds have joined Rehau’s communications team, both focused on generating new opportunities for customers.
Faye is the new communications coordinator with specific responsibility for the commercial sector. She will be developing information programmes for architects and specifiers – designed to ‘challenge the remaining perceptions about the limitations of PVC-U’ – and working alongside Rehau’s commercial sales team to generate new opportunities for fabricators and installers.
Faye will also support customers with ‘bespoke marketing activity’ and integrated campaigns for fabricators incorporating literature, websites, showroom makeovers, events and social media.
Working alongside her is Phillipa Edmunds, who is now a communications assistant, coordinating Rehau’s Authorised Partner scheme after 13 years as a secretary in the company’s marketing department.
Phillipa is responsible for providing Authorised Partners with marketing support material to help them promote their association with Rehau and providing them with databases for targeted sales campaigns.
Faye and Phillipa’s appointments are part of the restructuring which Rehau announced at the start of the year, aimed at making the company more focused on customers in the UK. They join Kate Whitehead and Edward Kodia who have recently joined the marketing and technical department.
