Endurance Doors has announced that Callum Shrimpton has been promoted to the new role of technical services supervisor, responsible for the day to day running of field-based service engineers, in addition to being the first point of contact for all technical queries.
Elsewhere in the same function, Ben Dowell has joined as product specification engineer and is said to bring extensive CAD skills to Endurance Doors, which will be fundamental in new product development.
Ian Lee has been recruited as continuous improvement engineer and Kobir Kousor as quality technician.
