Lucy Russell has been appointed as new business manager at Ultraframe, a role that is said to be in response to a ‘significant number’ of customers switching to Ultraframe this year, and one that is designed to ensure new customers can quickly and efficiently begin to install Ultraframe roofs.
Reporting to sales director, Colin Noone, Ultraframe says that Lucy’s appointment reflects the growing number of retail installers taking advantage of its roof and component range. Commenting on Lucy’s appointment, Colin said: “Lucy’s experience is a real reflection of the importance we place on ensuring new customers have a seamless experience as we welcome them into the Ultraframe network. We don’t take for granted the amount of decision making that goes into switching roof suppliers, so it’s vital that once that decision is made we make the process as effortless as possible for the installer.
“Lucy has worked in the fenestration industry for many years and understands the level of care and attention that is required when a new customer joins. Lucy works closely with all of the relevant business functions such as marketing, finance and sales to ensure that becoming an Ultraframe installer is exactly as we would hope – effortless, fast and ultimately, financially rewarding.”
Lucy said: “Whether a customer is adding to their existing roof range with one of our solid roofs or lanterns, or they’re switching their entire roof range to us, it’s so important that we give every customer high levels of care and attention. As Colin said, it’s a big decision to change your range, and if we can remove the headache associated with that, then we all benefit. I’ve talked to a lot of new customers already that can see the clear business opportunity of systems like Livinroof and Ultrasky, but have delayed the decision because of the hassle-factor. My role completely eliminates that potential headache and ensures that every single new customer enjoys the same high level of care and attention as our existing customers.”
