Leads 2 Trade has appointed Paul Henry as head of digital marketing. The move is part of a restructure that aimed at driving the business’ growth strategy.
With a background in both online and offline marketing, and having worked for some of the largest marketing agencies in Manchester across a whole host of industries, Paul is now set to head up the Stockport-based company’s marketing in house. Andy Royle, the company’s cofounder and director explained: “We have wanted a high-calibre figurehead in-house for marketing. Paul will look at the mechanics of the business, our digital strategies and how we currently work with agencies – can we do digital marketing better? Which campaigns affect the call centre the most? which help get the most conversions? Then it’s his decision to build a department around himself if he thinks we need it, and we will back him 100%.
“Paul’s marketing background is fantastic. Once he has familiarised himself with the business, we are looking forward to him hitting the ground running. That’s why we have brought him into the business.”
Paul said: “I’m hoping to help provide new focus and to guide the team [as to] where the business needs to be guided. I’ve joined the team at the perfect time, and I’m enjoying the fast-paced nature of the business. I’m really excited about the challenge ahead.”
As well as Paul’s appointment, Stacey Moore is set to manage the office and call centre, and Oliver Jennings will head up partnerships and sales, the business’ representatives reported. “We are now back to where we were pre-Covid,” said Andy. “With our business plan, bringing the new management team in is vital to that.
“With the experience of Oliver and Stacey, and the skill set and attributes Paul will bring into the business, we feel we have a really good fit and all three can come in with new ideas. We hope to build the team around them.” For more information about Leads 2 Trade, call 0161 466 0099 or visit leads2trade.co.uk.
