Francis Cholley is now managing director of the warm edge manufacturer Swisspacer. The change took effect from 1 March, when Francis succeeded Victoria Renz-Kiefel. Victoria has assumed responsibility for the director systems and solutions role at Saint-Gobain, Germany.
“Swisspacer is a global player, offering high added value. It supplies a key component for energy-efficient window and façade solutions,” said Francis. “The first impression I got from the team, which is very customer-centric and truly dedicated, is impressive. I have managed many businesses at Saint-Gobain, but Swisspacer is one of a kind. I look forward to continuing on the outstanding course set by Victoria.”
Francis has been with Saint-Gobain for 28 years, and has many years of experience, lately at SageGlass, the specialist for electrochromic glazing. Victoria took over the management of Swisspacer in spring 2020, steered the business through the Covid-19 crisis.
“Working together as a team, we have been able to initiate many things to put the company on a sound footing for the future, such as our new CRM and the development of our sustainability strategy,” she said. In her new role at Saint-Gobain, she is to promote cross-brand collaboration.
