Craig heads up Stevenswood’s technical team

The window, door and conservatory supplier Stevenswood, has created a dedicated technical team to offer expert guidance for installers fitting its conservatory products, from complete conservatories to lantern and flat roofs. The move is due to a rise in demand for expert help in this technically challenging area, the business’ representatives have said. The new team is led by Craig Scott, who is sales director for the nationwide chain, which supplies products by Ultraframe, Supalite and Atlas.

The office-based central support team has experts dedicated solely to helping customers fitting conservatories. The team is on hand by phone or by email to give detailed advice and offer ‘unsurpassed’ technical know how, gathered through years of on-the-job experience. Conservatory experts Alastair Nicol and Andrew Towell offer support on specification enquiries, and quotes on the most up-to date-software, to enable customers to show professional drawings to their customers.

The team of five includes Chris O’Neill, technical manager, who is also tasked with offering onsite technical support. Chris has a wealth of experience in the conservatory industry, having previously been technical manager for Ultraframe. He is available to advise on the best products for an individual project, and can help with specification.

Installers will now have more access to expert help, to enable them to finish projects more efficiently and to ensure that their customers have total confidence in the installation. “Our mission at Stevenswood is to make life easier for window installers by providing great quality products, excellent customer service and competitive prices,” said Craig.

He added: “We are here to give the benefit of our experience and expertise, and to offer support to customers specifying and installing conservatories. We look forward to helping all of our customers from design to installation.” For more information, visit stevenswood.co.uk or email roofexpert@stevenswood.co.uk.
