Solidor has thanked interim managing director, Joe Martoccia, whose contract ends in December, for his ‘dynamic contribution’ to the business, and his help in developing a new platform for growth. It wishes him well in his next role.
Joe Martoccia explained: “It’s been a great 12 months working with Gareth and the board, implementing change and recruiting a bigger stronger team as the business moves forward to be the no 1 player in the market. I wish them all the best and look forward to my next challenge. I’m proud of what Solidor has achieved.”
“Joe has brought some real dynamism to our business and helped to set the tempo,” said DW3 and Solidor Group CEO, Gareth Mobley. “We wish Joe well in his next role which is sure to be a success.”
In the last 12 months, Solidor says it has created the manufacturing base, systems and logistics to significantly raise its capacity. It has also laid the groundwork for its sales and marketing to expand the premium sector of the composite door market.
Its current ‘going-viral’ video, of independent testing of composite doors representing seven out of 10 doors in the market, is said to have triggered an immediate upturn in new business for Solidor. The video can be seen at www.solidor.co.uk/solidor-tv.
