Full solution fabricator, Central Window Systems, has appointed a new aluminium customer service team to support installers with commercial opportunities and provide them with leads to help them succeed. The new team includes Gemma Turner, head of trade aluminium service, and Andy Sheppard, aluminium estimator.
Together, Gemma and Andy are in charge of running Central’s aluminium project support service, which sees in-house experts help installers with complex projects, from the design stage through to the final installation. The team is also working with existing customers to help make them aware of both the company’s aluminium and PVC-U ranges, and its marketing portal, Central Hub, which provides a range of sales, software, technical and business support.
