Leaders of Brisant Secure have appointed Charlotte Maynard-Keene as Midlands key accounts manager. With more than a decade of sales and customer management experience, Charlotte’s hands-on approach and passion for innovation make her a valuable addition to the Brisant Secure team, the business’ leaders have said.
Early on in her career, Charlotte found her passion for face-to-face customer interactions as a commercial office manager. Following on from that, she took up another role focussing on brand and product awareness among fabricators and installers while being on the road.
“It is my passion and enthusiasm for products and brands that I believe has led me to this role,” Charlotte explained. “I’m also a keen advocate for smart technology, which I see as the future of our industry. I’m excited to be a part of that journey now.”
Charlotte plans to leverage her enthusiasm for smart products in order to promote what she considers to be the freshest product on the market – the Ultion Nuki. The Nuki is a smart lock that enables users to control it using Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Ring doorbells and Google Home, among other apps.
