SafeGuard, the Peterborough based glass and glazing company celebrating 21 years in business, has welcomed Philip Heath to the team.
Philip joins as sales office manager, a brand new role ‘developed to bring the customer closer to the production’. He brings with him more than 30 years’ experience in the window and glass industry.
Philip said: “In some companies, there is no link between the operational and customer focussed elements of the business. Due to the highly technical complexities of glass now available, customers need a point of contact who understands those complexities and the impact on manufacturing capabilities. With extensive experience in both glass processing and window fabrication, I am able to form a tie between the shop floor and the customer and satisfy any query either may have.
