With its corrosion proof stainless steel hardware, weather resistant triple sealed outerframe and energy efficient Nan Ya slab, XtremeDoor, the high performance composite door from Vista, has been designed to keep homes warm and withstand the very worst of the British weather.
To help get this message across, Vista and marketing partners, Purplex, organised a very unusual photoshoot at one of England’s most iconic and spectacular landscapes.
With some slightly bemused tourists watching from afar, the Purplex creative team carried Vista’s 70kg composite door up Cheddar Gorge in Somerset and took a selection of ‘stunning’ photographs to showcase the premium product in this ‘extreme’ location.
Vista managing director, Keith Sadler, commented: “XtremeDoor offers market leading weather performance and thermal efficiency and we wanted get this message across in an interesting and unusual way. As an industry we’re used to seeing nice images of doors in a house but considering our ‘extreme’ brand name, we decided to do something different and take the door out in the wild and obtain some memorable photography. The images are stunning and we plan to use them in the next consumer facing XtremeDoor brochure, which is freely available to all Vista customers.”
The new XtremeDoor brochure will be launched later in the year.
