The Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) says that its national consumer competition to find the UK’s best ‘Window With A View’ has received an ‘impressive’ 80 entries since its launch on MyGlazing.com in March.
Some of the entries include, Manchester Airport, the Victoria & Albert Museum, London, Birmingham Library, Edinburgh Castle and Belvoir Golf Club in Northern Ireland.
The entries will be judged by a panel made up of a director of the Association of Leading Visitor Attractions (ALVA), a creative director of an interiors boutique, an architectural photographer and a partner of an award winning architect practice on 25 May in Birmingham. Four finalists from each region will be put forward for the public voting round, launching on the first week of June.
