Window Ware is celebrating with longstanding customer, Express Trade Frames (ETF), as their supply partnership reaches a quarter-century milestone.
A statement said that Window Ware has been a supplier of choice for ETF since it opened its doors in 1999. Window Ware was the recipient of the first cheque that ETF ever wrote, it noted. The two fenestration firms have just signed a new two year trading agreement to further ‘set the seal’ on their supply partnership.
Scott Law, ETF’s managing director, said: “The help and support Window Ware gives us is second to none and we can always count on them to deliver cracking service, competitive prices, and have the leading brands we like in stock and ready to ship!
“Last year was a particularly busy and challenging year for us. As part of our business expansion plans, we moved into a new, larger factory, bringing our PVC-U and aluminium fabrication together under one roof. Knowing Window Ware had our back with quality components, trusted technical support and dependable deliveries gave us one less thing to worry about during the relocation!”
Richard Bryant, Window Ware’s commercial director, added: “We are incredibly proud to be celebrating this important milestone with one of our longest-standing customers, Express Trade Frames, and delighted to be able to play a part in their continuing success story.
“After 25 years of working together, I think it’s fair to say we’ve developed a fantastic working relationship with Scott and the team, and it’s strong partnerships like this which are proving so vital for long-term success in today’s competitive market. We go the extra mile to give our customers the very best advice, the right kind of support and a rock-solid supply to help them achieve their goals, because their success is our primary objective. We’re honoured Express Trade Frames continue to give us the opportunity to serve them.”
