Bellshill-based Vantage Windows and Doors, in North Lanarkshire, has been crowned as January’s Which? Trusted Trader of the Month, an award that celebrates firms that go above and beyond to represent the high standards required to be a Which? Trusted Trader. Established in 2011, by Ernie Rea, Vantage Windows and Doors is a multi-award winning company, and was recognised by the Scottish Home Improvement Awards in 2018, 2019 and 2021.
After successfully restructuring a Glasgow-based window company in 2008, Ernie spotted an opportunity to create a window company with a difference: one that puts customer satisfaction first. Vantage Windows and Doors set out to treat its customers the way Ernie himself, or a family member, would want to be treated as a consumer. Its target market would be the refit and renovation market, where there was a gap at the time. Eleven years later, Vantage Windows and Doors is well known throughout the county of Lanarkshire, and Scotland more widely, for its customer satisfaction, its steadfastness during Covid-19, as well as its charitable work.
