United Glass Group (UGG), an independent UK glass merchants and processor group, has acquired London Architectural Glass (LAG), a supplier of bespoke architectural glass to premium residential, educational and heritage projects throughout the UK. UGG received £4.5m towards the acquisition from Duke Royalty Limited, a provider of alternative capital solutions and an existing partner.
Mark Harrison, CEO of UGG, said: “LAG represents UGG’s fourth acquisition. I am delighted to be able to bring such a well-managed and successful business inside the UGG group.”
