Ultraframe has been named as a double G Awards finalist, with nominations for both the new product of the year and customer care initiative categories.
The conservatory and extension specialist’s Ultrapanels are the subject of its new product of the year nomination. Ultrapanels, which are currently used in the roof of the Ultraroof tiled roof system, are said to be ‘a true technical innovation’, with their simple structure creating strength, as well as avoiding labour intensive battening, and offering ‘unrivalled’ thermal performance as low as 0.13 ‘U’ Value.
Ultraframe says that the panels are a ‘revolution in strength, thermal efficiency and ease of installation’. They also have an ingenious expansion mechanism that means tolerance gaps are removed and a perfect fit is guaranteed every time with no need for on-site adjustments, further reducing installation time. This technology is unique to Ultraframe.
Meanwhile, the support package offered to Ultraroof users is up for the customer care initiative award. This includes site assists for every first installation, bespoke training courses tailored to the training needs of each fitter/company, support that includes phone, email and WhattsApp, and a host of written and video how-to guides covering every stage of the surveying and installation process.
Ultraframe CEO, Julian Slade, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have been recognised with two nominations at the G Awards. These are longstanding awards and highly valued. We’d also like to congratulate several of our customers who have also been shortlisted for awards.”
