Mark Scarff has been appointed as operations director at The Window Company (Contracts).
According to the company, Mark has a vast amount of experience in the window and door market acquired during the course of a 44 year career.
Mark said: “I recognise in The Window Company (Contracts) a company that does things the way that I do – caring about clients, residents and their own team. They try to do things right first time, but when things do go wrong, they are quick and responsive in putting things right – and that’s how it should be.
“I have very exacting standards when it comes to how a job should be executed and finished so this role in a business which prioritises the customer experience is a great fit for me.
“I’m a great believer in growing and nurturing talent as well, so I particularly like their commitment to apprenticeship and ongoing training.”
