Leaders of the Technical Fire Safety Group (TFSG) have successfully acquired the intumescent seal technology specialist brand Mann McGowan. The leaders described the move as an important step for the business in broadening its passive fire safety product offer. Mann McGowan will continue to operate under its current brand name and leadership team.
Based in Aldershot, Hampshire, the Mann McGowan team is said to have been at the forefront of intumescent seal technology for more than 40 years. Leaders of TFSG describe the business as ‘a perfect fit’ with the group’s existing subsidiaries, Pyroguard and Fire Glass UK. TFSG is part of the svt group of companies that contains passive fire protection specialists Odice SAS and Rolf Khun GmbH.
