Conservatory roof manufacturer, SupaLite, says that it is still offering seven to 10 day lead times to its customers – despite the supply chain challenges the industry is currently facing.
Managing director, Steve Hacking, said: “Continuing to deliver the level of service our customers have come to expect is hugely important to us and offering seven to 10 day lead times is even more important with demand at record levels across the industry.
“We have really hit the ground running since lockdown was relaxed and we continue to show why we have a reputation as the UK’s leading replacement roof solution, trusted by fabricators and installers and recognised by consumers.”
Steve was also quick to praise SupaLite’s supply chain partners as the company has been able to meet record levels of demand with the minimum of fuss.
“Nobody could have predicted the current situation with demand outstripping supply, but thanks to the close links we have with our supply chain partners the problems have not affected us,” said Steve.
“With many fabricators and installers dealing with customers demanding urgent fittings but struggling with usually reliable suppliers, thanks to the strength of our supply chain we have been able to work at normal capacity.”
SupaLite has celebrated record sales in recent months, and has invested in a new Haffner machining centre and manufacturing software to increase efficiency.
