Leaders of SupaLite have added new dates to the business’ installer seminar series, which is being delivered across the UK. The first new date in the series is today (5 December) in Tunbridge Wells, which is to be followed by a final session in Winchester tomorrow.
The SupaSix seminar series began at the end of October. It has taken the SupaLite team up and down the country, visiting Wolverhampton, Newcastle, Bristol, Colchester, Sheffield and Burnley.
The SupaSix team includes Wes Clarkson, sales director; Steve Hacking, managing director; Simon Bartlett, new business sales manager, and Carl Linney, who is responsible for trade and merchant sales. Each session is aimed at providing installers with the opportunity to learn more about SupaLite’s range of products, and the company’s future plans.
“We’ve been delivering the seminars for just over a month, and it’s been incredible to not only touch base with our existing customers but to also meet new faces and discuss how we can support their individual business plans,” said Wes.
“As a company, we’re passionate about providing a quality service that’s both meaningful and makes a big difference to our customers. The best way to know what works and what could be improved is to get feedback directly from those who have first-hand experience with our products and customer service team.
“Our seminars create the perfect opportunity for attendees to share their thoughts and everything that gets discussed is being used to help shape our future plans.
“We’re incredibly pleased with the reaction we’ve received from the seminars we’ve delivered so far, and we can’t wait to meet even more people in the new sessions.”
