Sternfenster launches WhatsApp service

Sternfenster has introduced a new WhatsApp connection to its website, enabling the company to quickly respond to questions from its customers.

With a simple click of the WhatsApp icon displayed on Sternfenster’s website, customers can instantly type and send their query to a member of the Sternfenster customer services team for a fast response.

Sternfenster’s sales director, Nathan Court, said: “Time is of the essence for busy fabricators and installers, so this latest time-saving initiative delivers the answers they need, swiftly.

“WhatsApp is very convenient and popular way to communicate, especially if you are out and about or on site. The WhatsApp button on our website takes you straight to the WhatsApp message interface, rather than going in via the app on your phone. This saves time for the message sender and by return, you can expect a speedy reply from us too.”

Quick and easy communication is just one way Sternfenster is striving to increase efficiency and maximise profitability for its customers.

Last year, the fabricator launched its advanced customer business management software EasyAdmin+, a cloud-based system that effortlessly streamlines the quoting and delivery process for installers.

Featuring real-time integrated pricing, customers can use EasyAdmin+ to create professional quotes. Once converted to orders, these are automatically programmed into Sternfenster’s manufacturing software and sent straight to production without having to re-enter data or re-confirm details, minimising errors.

The software also enables installers to access Sternfenster’s CGI showroom; register, track and manage leads; and implement a suite of tried and tested marketing tools.

“We want to make life easier for our installers,” added Nathan. “All the tools in our arsenal are introduced with this in mind and EasyAdmin+, as well as our latest WhatsApp messaging initiative, demonstrate this to a tee.”
