The Ayrshire-based Scotia Windows and Doors team has been awarded two accolades for the high standards of service it provides to new build customers. The team received a Best Contractor award from Miller Homes and a further award for ‘Outstanding Customer Service’ from Barratt Homes North. The awards were presented on Friday 19 November.
“The Best Contractor award is a huge achievement given its status, and rewards our hard work and attention in providing consistent products and installations across Scottish sites,” said the business’ representative. “Miller Homes has a well-defined Quality Assurance process which backs up routine NHBC reviews. To be recognised in this way reflects Scotia’s commitment to achieving the highest standards possible in the production, supply and installation of windows and doors,” they added.
“The Barratt Homes North award for Outstanding Customer Service is a great reflection of all of our hard-working teams. It is also a measure of just how significant proper support and careful attention are to Barratt’s overall success.
“Support is a particularly important part of Scotia’s offering, with the advent of the New Homes Quality Code. This focuses on properly supporting and servicing new homeowners.”
Gavin Smith, managing director for Scotia Windows and Doors, praised his team’s entire workforce for their commitment, dedication and passion, which he says have combined to achieve the award successes. “It is a tremendous accolade to be recognised by such high-profile customers and in such a competitive market,” he added. “Demonstrating our ability to continually meet such high standards is fantastic news.”
