As sales of integrate continue to multiply, EndtoEnd IT Ltd has started the New Year with a key strategic appointment – a Senior Support Analyst.
An excellent 2024 saw more companies across the window and door industry benefit from EndtoEnd’s industry-leading software, integrate. To help build on this success, Alex Thomas is stepping up into a new role.
Alex joined EndtoEnd as a Customer Support Analyst in April last year, fitting effortlessly into the team. His previous work, offering front-line system support at Natwest, quickly made him a valuable asset.
Since he started, he has shown a highly reliable and methodical approach when assisting and training customers, an approach which was immediately appreciated by integrate customers. His new role, which took effect from 2nd January, sees him further support key customers as they set their goals for the year ahead.
The role is a key link between the business and customers. Alex, along with his fellow Support Analysts Alex Lovick and new recruit Liam Simkin, will ensure the team respond efficiently to all enquiries and resolve issues whilst keeping the customers informed of progress. He’ll also help to manage the work and development of the support analysts and shape the business’s support and implementation areas,
The strength of integrate is its connectivity and flexibility – it must adapt to meet changing needs. Much of this information comes from customer feedback; the key is strategically using what we learn. Alex will oversee the team’s work in this area, including bug reporting, testing new features and fixes, responding to enquiries, and making sure everything is communicated quickly and clearly.
Growth is the word to describe EndtoEnd right now. Seeing the same growth in the team is excellent, with this new role and responsibility representing a brilliant challenge for Alex.
