Roseview, the specialist fabricator of heritage style PVC vertical sliders, has started a rolling online survey, designed to gauge a response from the industry about when businesses are thinking about re-opening.
As of 17th April, the survey had 191 responses, 145 of which were from installers and 64 from fabricators, with 89% operating in retail, 68% in new build, 52% in commercial and 43% in social sectors.
The vast majority (61%) had implemented a full lockdown, with only 2% still operating normally. Over half stated that they will open up for business when it is safe to do so, 35% said they would do so when enough suppliers and customers have re-opened.
