Rocal Endurance Holdings has announced the strategic acquisition of BDC Aluminium. The transaction marks a significant milestone in Rocal Endurance’s growth trajectory, a statement said.
Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Witham, Essex, BDC Aluminium is a fabricator of aluminium windows and doors catering to both domestic and commercial markets, predominantly in the South of England.
The company’s product range includes bi-folding doors, sliding patio doors, internal screens, curtain walling and facades.
Rocal Endurace stated that this acquisition not only enhances its product offering but also unlocks new market opportunities, positioning the Rocal Endurance group for further expansion.
