Polyframe has been named as the latest recipient of a quarterly Big Thank You award from specialist commercial installer, The Window Company (Contracts), of Chelmsford.
Polyframe supplies The Window Company with windows and doors in Rehau Total70 fabricated at its Norwich factory, and the consistent product quality and overall efficiency has reportedly impressed the team.
The Window Company’s managing director, Rob Petre, said: “We score all of our suppliers at our monthly projects meeting based on service, delivery, efficiency and communication and Polyframe always scores well.
“This quarter though, it is their consistency which has finally got them the prize because that is so crucial to us at the moment with such high volumes of Rehau frames going through our warehouse every day for social housing contracts across the south east.”
Rob Petre and chairman David Thornton presented David Eagle and Jon Gatfield from Polyframe with the Big Thank You award when they were all at this year’s G-16 Awards event saying: “We never take the support of our suppliers for granted. They are absolutely critical to what we do and these awards enable us to say a heartfelt Thank You.
“Polyframe have been one of our key suppliers for several years and this quarter more than ever they definitely deserve this recognition for their excellent delivery performance.”
