The Panoramic Group has announced the acquisition of the sealed-unit double-glazing operations of Epwin Group Plc, based in Northampton.
The plant produces over 600,000 sealed units per year for a wide range of customers including the new build and refurbishment sectors.

Panoramic Group was advised on the transaction by 7 Legal and Finance for whom Chris Sellars said: “Alan has exciting plans for growth and we are sure that this is a great strategic acquisition to support those plans”.
Epwin Group was advised by Elizabeth Tindall of Eversheds Sutherland’s Manchester office.
