
Eurocell has appointed former Howdens Trade Director, Stuart Livingstone, as its new Chief Operating Officer in a real mark of intent as it enters the second year of its ambitious strategy.
In his role, Stuart is responsible for Eurocell’s nationwide branch network, which currently has over 200 trade stores throughout the UK. Stuart is spearheading the next phase of branch growth to further strengthen Eurocell’s commitment to supporting the more than 30,000 trade professionals it serves.
In 2025, Eurocell expects to open seven new branches and upscale or relocate up to ten existing stores, to provide further trade communities with its high-quality home improvement products and expert advice.
Stuart will play a pivotal role in delivering profitable sales growth in line with the strategy. He brings with him extensive experience and a strong background in operational leadership positions across trade and retail businesses. Most recently, as Trade Director at Howden’s, he successfully led their 800-strong UK branch network. Prior to this, he served as Operations Director at Pets at Home and Director of Retail at Screwfix, where he delivered significant operational and strategic improvements in line with business objectives.
Stuart joins Eurocell as it progresses through its 5-year strategy to grow the business to £500M in revenue. The delivery of significant organic growth through the transformation of its branch network, is one of the core projects it is undertaking to achieve its strategic goals.

As part of his role, Stuart is also overseeing the business’s supply chain to support the delivery of its extensive range of products through the network from PVC-U windows and doors, composite doors, rainwater and roofline solutions, to outdoor living products including garden rooms, composite decking and fencing.
