AI consultancy, thinkivity, is on a mission to help the glazing sector embrace AI.
The brainchild of well-known industry leader and digital innovator Elton Boocock, thinkivity offers AI consultancy and training for businesses who see the benefits of AI and want to implement it but don’t know where to begin.
Elton explains: “Last year, I delivered a couple of presentations on AI and how it will shape the future of the retail window and door industry. The response was phenomenal.
“It was clear that there was a real appetite for AI in the sector. AI is developing rapidly and can be used in almost any area of a business.
“But as business leaders, when we’re wearing lots of ‘hats’ and ensuring the success and growth of our companies, we don’t always have the time to keep-up with the latest trends. That’s where thinkivity comes in.”
A new concept for the glazing industry, the thinkivity approach is twofold: AI consultancy and AI training.
With the consultancy, the thinkivity team will spend time understanding the nuances of a business – all of the ins and outs of how the people operate day-to-day.
Then, they’ll go away and produce a report recommending the areas where AI can be implemented and giving ideas on the tools that can be used to achieve better business efficiency and effectiveness.
Elton adds: “At that point, we can leave you to it, if you like! But we are also offering AI training where we will come back and train your team on the new processes that will integrate AI and how to use our recommended tools in the best way possible.
“The important thing to remember is that it’s not about replacing human input and experience – implementing AI in your business is about ensuring maximum efficiency, consistency and effectiveness, freeing up staff from mundane admin tasks, so they can focus on the jobs that make the biggest difference to your business success.”
