The FIT Show saw Selecta Systems launch its ‘revolutionary’ new PVC-U MASTERfold bi-fold door system, with ‘excellent numbers’ gathering to view the doors and request further information.
Sales and marketing director, Mark Richmond, commented: “The interest in the MASTERfold bi-fold door system during the FIT Show was very pleasing. Visitors to the stand were very impressed with the aesthetics of the bi-fold door and saw the ultra low 26mm threshold as a fantastic improvement on other PVC-U bi-fold door systems with considerably higher or sunken thresholds. It also has the benefit of being able to fit a 15° threshold ramp with ease, thus allowing improved disability access”.

But the three-day show wasn’t just about the success of MASTERfold. The stand was reportedly ‘buzzing’ and Selecta generated a large amount of interest in its full product range.
Mark Richmond continued: “The Selecta stand was definitely lively during the three days! Interest in the Advance 70 System, Holiday Home System, MASTERslide Patio Door System and the Ready-2-Fit Range of composite, bi-fold and patio doors was excellent and working through the serious amount of leads will keep us busy for some time, providing literature and arranging follow up visits.
“The Advance 70 Chamfered and Sculptured system proved to be as popular as ever, with the Ready-2-Fit composite doors also providing a large amount of attention with the modern colour shades and stylish glass designs.”

As part of the build up to the World Cup, a total of 3,000 Selecta footballs were given away during the three day event and everywhere you looked, Selecta footballs were on show!
Mark Walker, marketing and design manager, joked: “It was amazing how many little boys and girls’ birthdays there were over the three days and a Selecta football was a great free gift, although the best reason someone gave for taking away a Selecta football, was for their horse to play with! All in all the show was a great success for Selecta and we have already committed to the FIT Show in 2016.”
