Ultraframe has launched a ‘lockdown toolkit’ which it says will help installers build a pipeline and embed effective digital marketing tactics for when things start to return to a ‘new normal’.
As homeowners spend time at home during lockdown, recent data has revealed that consumers are actively searching for home extension solutions as they research ways in which to create more space.
According to Ultraframe, today’s consumers are much more open to dealing with installers in a virtual environment, whether discussing projects via zoom or Skype, starting an online quote or taking an online virtual reality tour. Ultraframe says that it believes that this trend may continue for some time as restrictions are lifted slowly and society becomes accustomed to new digital ways of working, living and communicating.
As such the conservatory specialist has developed a ‘lockdown toolkit’ which it says is packed with free website content and tools to help retailers generate leads and sell remotely.
The new toolkit includes an online chat-bot designed to enable installers to answer customers’ questions 24/7 from any device or social platform. Live chat and quoting engines can also be integrated into websites so that customers can make contact online.
A new virtual appointment booking system helps installers sell during socially distancing and includes set-up, training and marketing. Ultraframe says that customers can also download free sales presentations to share via Zoom or Skype and that it is holding webinars for salespeople to brush up on their Ultraframe knowledge too.
Ultraframe says that customers can give their websites a facelift with free interactive content blocks for every Ultraframe roof, free updated virtual reality tours, animated videos and more. It adds that brand new SEO ready websites, ‘fully loaded’ with the latest interactive content and lead generation tools could be live within weeks too.
