Leka Systems has announced that sales of its modular conservatory system, the Leka Xi, are up 20% in 2023.
“As this sales increase shows, the Leka Xi brings huge added value to homeowners – and to fabricators’ and installers’ portfolios,” said Rhys Hoddinott, managing director of Leka Systems.
The Leka Xi is a thermally efficient alternative to a traditional block or brick-built conservatory base or wall, a statement said. It consists of pre-fabricated modular sections that can be installed on concrete pads or ground screws in a matter of days, the statement added.
The sections can be clad in a range of authentic brick-colour effect glass reinforced (GRP) skins or a customer’s own finish. Rendered options complete the range of finishes offering a stylish and low maintenance modular home extension. The GRP construction of the building also ensures thermal efficiency, Leka Systems stated.
Homeowners can choose dwarf walls, full walls or a combination, giving them the flexibility to create everything from a new build conservatory to a single storey home extension.
“The Leka Xi is the innovative, intelligent way to give homeowners what they’re looking for without any of the hassle or disruption of a traditional building project,” added Rhys. “When combined with a Leka Warm Roof or a Leka Orangery Roof, it’s a complete home transformation solution.”
