Profine Group, with its Kömmerling brand, has already been a sponsorship partner of Bundesliga football club, FSV Mainz 05, for five years and since 2015, it has been the shirt sponsor of the team. Now it has extended this commitment for another four years until 2023.
Both partners signed the new contract on 18 March 2019 as part of a visit of the Mainz 05 professional team to Profine’s plant in Pirmasens, Germany. This is reported to be the longest commitment of a partner as main and shirt sponsor in the history of professional football at Mainz 05.

Kömmerling will be promoting its partnership with Mainz 05 at the FIT Show on stand N30 with a themed bar and two separate competitions to win a VIP trip to a Bundesliga match.
