Organisers of next year’s Glasstec – an international trade fair for glass production, processing and products – are now inviting applications for exhibitors to promote their business at the 2024 event. To apply, visit the dedicated application page.
The trade fair is to be held at Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre from 22 to 25 October 2024. The show has taken place every two years, for more than 25 years.
“At Glasstec, representatives from machine building, industry and skilled crafts can meet with an international expert audience comprising 80% decision makers,” explained a representative of the show. “They can also benefit from the high international reach of what is the largest and most relevant trade fair in the glass industry.
“Several industry representatives are to deliver numerous top-level talks flagging up new approaches to glass production and products. This includes new research, science and sectors within the industry.”
Alongside a wide range of products that are expected to be displayed by Glasstec exhibitors, talks are to be given by experts on themes including glass production/production technology, glass treatment and finishing, and skilled crafts as well as numerous glass products and applications. The show is also to include an extensive line up of side events on topics ranging from science to practical applications.
“Planning for a comprehensive event programme is already underway,” explained Lars Wismer, director of Glasstec. “We will further strengthen and expand the successful Glasstec conference format and the innovation showcase glass technology live (GTL).
“GTL is a unique platform for experiencing the latest developments and innovations in the glass industry in one place.
