Judges of this year’s G Awards (G22) have shortlisted Window Widgets for the Component Supplier of the Year and Promotional Campaign of the Year categories. Winners of this year’s G Awards are set to be announced on Friday 25 November, at a presentation based at the Intercontinental London Park Lane hotel.
Component Supplier of the Year recognises organisations in a niche market. The Gloucestershire-based window and door company supplies over 1,400 universal product variants and is backed up by its ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations, Window Widgets’ representatives have said.
The G22 Awards’ Promotional Campaign of the Year category recognises the organisation’s commitment to community endeavours. Window Widgets has raised over £15,000 for two charities following the creation of The Little Pink Book of Jokes, business leaders have said.
Jo Trotman, Window Widgets’ marketing manager, said: “We’re thrilled to be finalists in the G22 Awards. We’re proud to boast the country’s largest range of universal window and door ancillaries, so to be recognised for our position in the industry is fantastic.
“We’ve also worked extremely hard to raise money for our two chosen charities – We Mind and Kelly Matters and GM Fundraising – over the past year, which includes the publication of our Little Pink Book of Jokes. It would be great to win an award that is for such a good cause.”
