Already enjoying one of the most successful years in its recent history, there’s now more cause for celebration at specialist sash window fabricator Roseview, after it was nominated for not one but two G16 Awards.
The firm, which manufactures PVC-U vertical-sliding sash windows, has been shortlisted for the coveted Fabricator of the Year award.
“We’re absolutely delighted to have been recognised in this way,” commented Mike Bygrave, Roseview marketing manager. “Every day, we strive to be the very best fabricator we can be, and this year in particular we’ve invested extensively in increasing production, upgrading already market-leading products and further improving the quality of the service we provide. This year we made our FIT Show debut, we’ve invested nearly £400k in new machinery, and we’ve launched an even more authentic version of our flagship Ultimate Rose window. On top of that we’ve continued to supply Charisma Rose, Heritage Rose and Ultimate Rose windows to a growing number of trade and commercial clients. To receive a Fabricator of the Year nomination after all that is really the icing on the cake.”
Roseview’s sash window scheme has also been nominated for Customer Care Initiative of the Year. The scheme, spearheaded by Roseview managing director and sash window veteran Willie Kerr, was introduced to help installers familiarise themselves with the fabricator’s Rose Collection sash windows, and learn how to fit and maintain them.
“We’ve been running two courses for installer customers,” Mike continued. “One focuses on product specifications, the other on installing and surveying, and we’ve been delighted with the uptake we’ve seen so far. We’ve seen a steady stream of installers coming in to take part in the scheme, the majority of them new, who together have gone on to complete a significant number of sash window projects this year.”
