Hardware and tools supplier Window Ware has strengthened their local sales force by appointing Brad Jackson as its newest area sales manager. Brad is taking over from recently-retired sales veteran Alan Carvell to provide regional support and hardware expertise to customers in the Midlands, Derby, South Yorkshire and mid Wales.
Brad says he is keen to bring his customers the high levels of service they expect, alongside the Window Ware products. He said: “I’m going to dedicate my first few months to settling in and getting to know my customers. My predecessor had formed strong, long-standing working relationships with many fenestration firms in the region and I want to build on those solid foundations.”
Richard Bryant, Window Ware’s commercial director, added: “The company has its origins in fabrication and we’re keen to stay close to our roots. By actively employing people with real fabricator experience, we can build and maintain our practical knowledge and understanding of what window and door manufacturers want from a supply partner to ensure we’re meeting and even exceeding expectations with every interaction.”
