Roof and conservatory supplier Ultraframe is hosting a series of free webinars, complementing its digital ‘lockdown toolkit’. Topics covered include surveying and selling online. The webinars aim to assist its customers with enhancing their knowledge on its conservatory, extension and orangery roofing systems, and to signpost customers to further support. They are available to all Ultraframe customers free of charge, by registration only.
Alex Hewitt, Ultraframe’s marketing director, said: “Here at Ultraframe we never stand still, and so always have lots of product and support news to share with our customers. In lockdown, webinars seemed the ideal way to share our latest developments with Ultraframe fabricators and installers across the UK, and we’re thrilled to announce an extensive programme which is already up and running.”
The webinars cover all of the company’s roofing systems, including Classic, Ultraroof, Livinroof and the Ultrasky range of glass roofs and rooflights. In addition to enhancing their product knowledge about the various systems, Ultraframe customers can also learn more about surveying, specifying and installation, including a Grand Designs-style masterclass in conservatory design, which aims to inspire customers to create modern spaces with the Classic system. For its Classic system, Ultraframe recently launched an electronic structural design guide, as well as a dedicated webinar.
Other webinars in the series include how to make the most of the company’s ‘lockdown toolkit’ – a digital toolbox including widgets and web enhancements to help customers generate, sell and convert leads remotely during difficult trading times. Launched in 2020, the lockdown toolkit was enhanced this year to include tools including online proposal generators.
Alex continued: “The first webinar was a great success, with a large number of customers joining Ultraframe staff for an update on what’s new with our Classic system. The current calendar is packed with webinars running all the way until June. We would urge people to take advantage of this great free way of learning.”
Presented by staff from Ultraframe’s sales, marketing and technical teams, the webinars were created in collaboration with Ultraframe’s digital partner, ICAAL. Completed webinars will be available on the Ultraframe trade website for customers to watch at their leisure. For the full timetable, and to book, email marketing@ultraframe.co.uk.
