Endurance Doors announced that it has partnered with Carbon Neutral Britain to build on its commitment to sustainability.
The door manufacturer has used carbon offsetting since 2022 to compensate for any unpreventable carbon emissions caused by its operations, it noted. The business’ new partnership with Carbon Neutral Britain that will enable it to continue this.
By investing in different carbon capture or reduction projects around the world, Carbon Neutral Britain stated that it enables its partners to balance out their carbon footprint.
Endurance Doors stated that it plans to work with Carbon Neutral Britain “to become a fully and independently verified carbon neutral organisation certified to the highest global standards”.
Endurance Doors is also utilising energy from renewable sources, including solar panels on its factory roof, and makes widespread use of electric vehicles.
In addition, it sends zero waste to landfill, employs recycled materials wherever possible, and uses timber to produce its doors from trees grown in sustainably managed, PEFC and FSC certified North European forests.
