Emmegi (UK) has just reported a 240% increase in sales over the previous year, providing ‘further evidence of the ongoing boom in machinery investment’.
The Coventry based aluminium machinery specialist says it has ‘benefited from the moves by some of the industry’s leading PVC-U fabricators to diversify into aluminium windows and doors, and has also remained the first choice supplier of many traditional aluminium specialists who have invested in new machines to keep pace with their own expansion’.
Managing director Ian Latimer said: “The momentum we’ve built up since last year has been fantastic. We’ve seen sales up right across our range – from simple Itaca Solution crimping machines through to our flagship Quadra 18-axis sawing and machining centres.
“The message is clearly getting through to the market that Emmegi has a machine to suit any size or type of fabricator and that they are all supremely well built, offering unbeatable reliability.
“Unsurprisingly, our best advocates are our existing customers who like our friendly, efficient service just as much as the machines themselves. As a result, we have won a lot of new business through recommendation and, looking ahead, I’m sure that will continue.”
Emmegi will be on stand K10 at The FIT Show in May with its biggest ever stand in the UK.
